01 — How I work
I start with the need, not the stack. We clarify what the first useful version has to do, what can wait, and what the budget will actually buy.
01 — Scope and trade-offs We agree on what to build, what to defer, and where the hard calls are — technology, team, timeline. You get a decision you can defend to the rest of the business.
02 — Build with you, not around you I contribute directly to the product: architecture, code, mobile, infrastructure, integrations. I work alongside your developers or external studios, not in parallel.
03 — Delivery and leadership I help you ship — releases, performance, security, operation — and I bring technical direction when the team needs one. Priorities, hiring input, review, and the hand-off when the engagement ends.
04 — AI, applied, not assumed AI is a tool I use day-to-day and a capability I know how to ship. It isn't a prerequisite for working together, and it never replaces a human read on what's actually safe to launch.

Kynto — hands-on product delivery (B2B SaaS recruitment) From Figma files to a production recruitment platform in three months. I kept auth, tenant isolation, payments and the data lifecycle under human review while the surface area moved fast.
Storyfox — Tech Lead on a video SaaS (web + mobile) Led the engineering team at a Paris video platform. Roadmap, hiring, delivery, and keeping security inside the release work — React and React Native in production.
Iliadata — architecture and implementation on a cryptography platform Took the system from specification to production. Distributed architecture with a custom C cryptography library compiled to WebAssembly, talking to the backend over WebRTC and WebSocket.
03 — Audits and applied AI
Audits remain available as a dedicated capability. The automated first read ships as the Trust Scan with a €349 Trust Report, and a human CTO review (from €1,200) covers architecture, payments, access, deployment custody and third-party software.
Applied AI is part of the practice, not the pitch: coding agents in daily use, local-first assistants, and the production-readiness lens that comes with having shipped AI-built apps.
